Side belts CHS-6601 carton sealer can be used for boxes of all sizes and are great for a variety of light to heavy weights but especially useful for taping narrow-width uniform cartons. No air is required to run the carton tape sealing machine CHS-6601 so it can be placed anywhere in the plant or place one tape sealing machine on each line.
Dual 1/4 hp drive motors provide power to the side belt drive, and adjustable side guides position and align your boxes for quick throughput. The side belt drive offers operation dependability for boxes weighing up to 30 kg.
The tape heads are taken out for easy threading and accept 2” wide pressure-sensitive tape as a standard, or it can be ordered with 3” tape heads. The tape head is designed with the customer in mind, easy change of tape when the customer orders a 3” adhesive tape head and wants to handle 2” adhesive tape as well.
CHS-6601 carton sealer offers fast and easy box changes with adjustable side guides running from 150mm to infinite box length and is also able to seal boxes ranging from 110mm to 500mm in width, as well as 110mm to 500mm in height. CHS-6601 carton sealer open design is also perfect for integration with ink printers where coding is required on boxes, and also the availability of a counter for operation each day.
The CHS-6601 carton sealer can be supplied to operate from left to right at no additional cost and no air required to run. If your operation is sealing long runs of the same size of boxes each day, the model CHS-6601 represents the perfect solution for your semi-automatic packaging line.
